Production Method
The double-sided wire guardrail starts with high-quality wire rods as raw materials. It is a welded mesh protected by three layers: hot-dip galvanizing, a pre-priming coat, and high-adhesion powder spraying. This triple protection ensures long-term corrosion resistance and UV stability. The surface treatment can be either galvanized plus powder coating or a custom combination, and the top ends are finished with plastic caps or rainproof covers. Depending on the installation environment and method, foundations can be pre-embedded 50cm deep or supplemented with a base plate. The mesh panels and columns are fastened with screws and specially designed plastic or iron clips. All screws are tamper-proof for enhanced security. Accessories can be customized according to client requirements.
