Production Method
Our double wire guardrails are manufactured from high-quality steel wire rods, precision-welded into robust mesh panels. Each panel undergoes a rigorous three-layer protection process: hot-dip galvanizing, anti-corrosion pre-priming, and high-adhesion powder coating, ensuring exceptional UV and corrosion resistance. Surface finishing options include galvanized only, powder coated only, or a combination of both. Panel top ends are fitted with durable plastic or rainproof caps. Depending on site conditions, posts can be pre-embedded 50cm into concrete or mounted on adjustable base plates. Mesh and posts are securely connected using galvanized screws and specialized anti-theft clips, all customizable to meet specific project requirements.
