Manufacturing Process
The double‑sided wire guardrail is manufactured from premium wire rods, welded into mesh panels and protected by a triple‑layer coating: hot‑dip galvanizing, a primer, and a high‑adhesion polyester powder finish. This surface treatment ensures long‑term corrosion resistance and UV stability. The standard finish is galvanized plus powder coating, but either option can be selected individually. A plastic cap or rainproof cover is fitted on top of each post. Depending on the installation environment, the posts may be embedded 50 cm into the ground or secured with a base plate. Panel‑to‑post connections use screws and a variety of special plastic or iron clips. All fasteners are designed to be tamper‑proof. Accessories can also be customised to meet specific project requirements.
