Production Method
The double-sided wire guardrail is manufactured from high‑quality steel wire rods. The welded mesh undergoes three protective layers: galvanizing, a pre‑primer, and a high‑adhesion powder coating, providing long‑term corrosion resistance and UV protection. Surface treatment options include galvanizing plus spray coating, or either treatment individually. A plastic cap or rainproof cover is fitted to the top. Depending on the installation environment, methods such as embedding 50cm into the ground or using a base plate can be employed. The mesh panels are fastened to the posts with screws and specialized plastic or iron clips; all screws are anti‑theft by design. Accessories can be customized according to customer requirements.
