Production Method
The double‑wire fence is manufactured from high‑quality steel wire, welded into mesh panels and protected by a triple‑layer coating: hot‑dip galvanizing, primer, and a high‑adhesion powder topcoat. This provides exceptional corrosion resistance and UV stability. Surface treatment can be galvanized only, spray‑coated only, or a combination; top ends are finished with plastic caps or rain covers. Depending on the environment and installation method, posts may be embedded 50 cm or fixed using a base plate. The mesh panels are attached to the posts with screws and various special plastic or iron clips. All screws are tamper‑proof to prevent theft. Custom accessories can be designed according to specific customer requirements.
