Production Method
The double-sided wire guardrail is manufactured using high-quality steel wire as raw material. It undergoes a three-layer protection process: galvanizing, pre-priming, and high-adhesion powder spraying. This results in exceptional long-term corrosion resistance and UV stability. The surface finish can be either galvanized and powder-coated or just one of the two, depending on requirements. The top ends are fitted with plastic covers or rainproof caps. Installation methods include pre-embedding 50 cm into the ground or using a base plate, chosen according to site conditions and installation method. The mesh panels and posts are connected using screws and various specialized plastic or iron clips. All screws are self-locking and anti-theft. Accessories can be customized based on specific customer requirements.
