Manufacturing Process
Our double-sided wire guardrail is manufactured from high-quality steel wire rods, then welded into mesh and protected with three layers: hot-dip galvanizing, pre-priming, and high-adhesion powder coating. This process ensures long-term corrosion and UV resistance. Surface treatment options include galvanizing plus powder coating, or either alone. A plastic cover or rain cap is added at the top. Installation methods vary by environment and can involve pre-embedding posts 50 cm into concrete or using base plates. The mesh panels connect to posts via screws and specialized plastic or iron clips, with all screws designed to be tamper-proof. Custom accessories are available upon request.
