Manufacturing Process
Our bilateral wire guardrail is manufactured using high-tensile steel wire rods, precision welded into a robust mesh panel. Each panel is protected by a triple-layer surface treatment: hot-dip galvanizing, an anti-corrosion primer, and a high-adhesion polyester powder coating. This system provides exceptional long-term resistance to corrosion and UV radiation.
Surface finish options include galvanized only, powder coated only, or a combination of both. A plastic rain cap is fitted to the top of each post for added protection. Depending on the site environment, installation can be performed via 50 cm direct burial or surface mounting with a base plate.
Mesh panels are connected to the posts using galvanized screws and specialized plastic or steel line clips. All fasteners are tamper-proof by design. Accessories and connection hardware can be fully customized to meet specific project requirements.
Double wire fences are widely utilized for securing municipal parks, botanical gardens, institutional perimeters, highways, airports, and port landscapes. Their attractive appearance and variety of available colors allow them to serve both a protective and decorative function.
The simple grid structure offers a perfect balance of aesthetics and practicality. Transportation is efficient, and the system is highly adaptable to undulating terrains such as mountains, slopes, and winding boundaries. The competitive cost of our bilateral wire guardrail makes it an ideal solution for large-scale perimeter security projects.
