Manufacturing Process
Our double‑wire guardrail is manufactured from high‑quality steel wire. Each welded mesh panel undergoes a three‑stage protective treatment: galvanizing, primer coating, and a high‑adhesion powder topcoat. This triple‑layer system ensures long‑term resistance to corrosion and UV degradation. The surface finish can be either galvanized plus powder coating or one of the two alone. A plastic cap or rain‑proof cover is fitted at the top of every post. Depending on site conditions, posts can be embedded 50cm into concrete or fixed with a base plate. The mesh panels are attached to the posts using screws and specially designed plastic or metal clips. All screws are anti‑theft. Custom accessories can be supplied to meet specific project requirements.
